Pending: The original state after order submission
Confirmed: Payment received, orders have been distributed to the buyers
Purchased: The product has been purchased, waiting for the product’s arrival at warehouse (China)
Invalid Order: Order has been canceled; wrong or invalid product link submission; the submitted product name or price is inconformity with the actual product name or price; no picture or deｓｃｒｉｐｔion of the actual product; virtual product or prohibited product, etc.
Arrived China Warehouse: The ordered products have arrived at the StyleGou warehouse at China
Sending to Singapore: The ordered product is on the way to Singapore.
Delivery Statu
Unpaid: The original state after delivery submission
Payment Completed: Confirmation on the payment of international freight and service charge
On Delivery: Product packaging completed, StyleGou is sending your purchased product by your selected way of delivery.
Acknowledge Receipt: The customer has received their purchased items from StyleGou
Note: For the Invalid Order, you only need to delete it manually, the cost will be automatically returned to "My Account".
